And why I couldn't update Sunday is beyond me. Expect an update every Sunday and Wednesday for the rest of the year though. And if I don't update, kick me in my gonads, I deserve it.
I got other news, though. I have been busy playing Kirby Return to Dreamland. Why did they change the title in the European release? Because it was released by monkeys. European dumbnuts. Okay, I am being too harsh, but the American cover was kick ass.
But I digress.
What matters is the content, right? I would make a full written review here, but I will just sum up: IGN is underrating this, like, by a lot. 7.5? More like 8.5~9. If you are going to compare it to the somehow "different" spin-off games Nintendo has released starring the little pink puffball, sure, it doesn't hold up as high as them, but for what it is, a sequel to the main series, a *return* to classic platform Kirby, it is a pretty solid title, worth more than 7.5. If you own a Wii and you love Kirby, I will personally stab you in the neck if you don't buy this. Like, now. Go.
But I digress.
I am still beating it. I got 100% in the main mode, but I don't count getting only silver medals in the abilities' challenges as "complete". I will go back and get the gold medals. Then I might call it 100%. Sorry, I just got this "completionist" attitude from Kirby Canvas Curse. Try getting 100% in that game =P
But I digress.
Anyway, comment, rate, whatever. Oh, and please try not to post any spoilers, for the sake of the people who are still playing the game.
@Koopa1018: Hum... whatever do you mean?
@Geoff: Ahah, thanks. I personally like how panels 4, 6 and 7 came out.
@Gigi19972010: And I just checked just now, MetaCritic gave the game a 78 with an average of 10 critics, which is curious, since MC generally gives out less score than the other reviewing websites. And talking about the soundtrack, I freakin' love the Dimensional Rift music. Although, for a Kirby game, the soundtrack isn't very memorable.
@imadoofus: Are you kidding? That game is fairly easy, even in Extra Mode. In Extra Mode, the one place I die are in the later bosses, the rest is still a breeze, even with a 40% HP cut.
Try playing New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Game's harder than diamonds.
